Websites
A website that actually works for you.
Customers find you, and every enquiry lands somewhere you can actually do something about it — not in an inbox you get to on Thursday. Site out front, system out back.
Built in days, not months · Managed for you · No lock-in
You paid for a website and nothing happened.
A few thousand dollars, a site that looks alright, and then silence. It cannot tell you who visited. It cannot tell you whether it earned its money. And when somebody does fill in the form, it fires an email that lands between a supplier invoice and a spam message — by the time you spot it, they have already hired the next name on the list.
That is not a shortage of customers. That is a nowhere-for-the-customer-to-land problem.
A website should do more than make you look real. It should bring work in and hand it to you somewhere you can act on it.
Site out front. Dashboard out back.
Two halves of the same thing. The site is what your customers look at. The dashboard is what you look at — and it is where the work actually gets run.
Out front
What your customers see
Turns up in search
Set up so Google can read it properly, so your business appears when somebody nearby looks for the work you do.
Fast on a phone
Most people will find you on a phone, often the moment they decide they need you. It loads quickly and works properly on a small screen.
Your work, up front
Proof of what you have delivered sells better than any paragraph about you. The site leads with it instead of hiding it on page four.
Easy to call you
A clear way to reach you on every screen, going straight into your dashboard — not a form that emails an address nobody opens.
Out back
What you see
Inbox
Every enquiry from your site shows up here the second it is sent, on your phone or the laptop. Not buried three hundred emails down.
Contacts & customers
Who called, what they asked for, and what you told them — written down in one place instead of living in your head.
Jobs
Every piece of work from first call to final invoice. What you have quoted, what is booked in, and what is sitting waiting on you.
Reminders
Follow-ups that happen whether or not you remember them. Most work is lost to silence, not to being outbid.
Search performance
Whether the site is actually working, in plain numbers. Real visitors from Google Analytics, not a guess.
Support
Want something changed on the site? Ask from inside the dashboard and it gets done. Nobody to chase.
Happy with your site and only want the back end? Look at the platform on its own.
How it works
Four steps. We do the work, you say yes or no.
- 01
We talk
Fifteen minutes on your business, the work you want more of, and what the site needs to do. Nothing to prepare.
- 02
We build it
We write the words, lay out the pages, and connect the site to your dashboard. Days, not months.
- 03
You review it
You look at the real site, not a drawing of one. Tell us what to change and we change it.
- 04
We launch and run it
We sort the domain, the hosting and the go-live, then keep it monitored, updated and supported. Your dashboard login arrives the same day.
What's included
One scope, quoted for your business after a short call. No setup fees, no surprises on the invoice.
Built
Design, words, and the pages you actually need — wired into your dashboard from day one.
Launched
Domain, hosting and go-live handled for you, including moving an existing site across.
Run
Hosting, updates, monitoring and support for as long as you want us on it.
Want the numbers? Ask us on a short call — we quote on scope, not on a menu.
Working with 30+ businesses.
Owner-run companies that wanted the marketing side to run properly — and to stop being the owner's second job.
Common questions
- What makes this different from any other website?
- Most small-business websites are a brochure — they sit there and hope somebody calls. This one has a dashboard behind it. Enquiries from the site land in your inbox, become customers, and turn into work you can track to the end. The site brings the work in; the dashboard makes sure you actually work it.
- What does it cost?
- We quote it after a short call, because the honest answer depends on what you need built. It is a one-off build and then a monthly amount to run and support it, both told to you up front before anything starts. Nothing gets added to a later invoice.
- Is the dashboard extra?
- No — it is part of running the site, and it is the whole point. A website with no way to work the enquiries it brings in is half a product.
- How fast can it be live?
- Days, not months. The slowest part is usually getting photos of your work off your phone and signing off the draft. The build itself is quick.
- I'm not a computer person. Is that a problem?
- No. It is built for people who work with their hands, not for office staff. If you can use your phone you can use this, and we walk you through it on launch day.
- I already have a website. Can you take it over?
- Yes. We rebuild it and move it across, keeping your domain and your email working the whole time. You do not have to touch anything technical — we handle the move.
- Do I own it?
- Yes. The domain is yours and the content is yours. We host and look after it as a service, and you are not tied in.
- Do I have to write the words?
- No, we write them. You know your business better than we ever will, so we ask you questions and you correct us — but nobody hands you a blank page.
- Will it get me to the top of Google?
- The site is built so search engines can read and index it properly, which is the groundwork, and the dashboard shows you how you are really performing. Where you rank also depends on things outside the site — your Google Business Profile, your reviews. We will tell you honestly where you stand instead of promising you a position.
- What if I need changes later?
- Updates and maintenance are part of what you already pay monthly. Ask from inside your dashboard and we make the change.
Let's get you found — and get the work booked.
A short call, no pressure. We will show you the dashboard and tell you honestly whether this is what your business needs — and if it isn't, we will say so.
